Waited months to hopefully find this chair on sale and finally pulled the trigger. Chair arrived with significant damage and looks like it’s either a refurbished model or returned item that was just shipped back out. Definitely purchased a new chair. Mis-shaped backrest. Tears and scuffs. Missing hardware and screws. I’ve previously had an AK Racing chair and it was fantastic. Was hoping for the same quality and result, but that wasn’t the case this go around. Spoke with CS and they were only willing to send partial parts and not a full replacement. Would’ve expected an immediate replacement be sent out.

The chair is comfy and easy to assemble. Can’t really think of any complaints. Solid all around.

I'm a short girl (5'2") and have never been able to feel like an adult in a gaming chair until now! My back can actually touch the back of the chair and my feet can touch the ground. And the color is beautiful and vibrant! This is a MUST BUY for all the other petite gamer girls out there!

So glad I bought this gaming chair! I initially got it so I can sit closer to my TV when I play games online because my couch is far. But this chair also gave me motivation to finally build a PC when I’ve been saying I would for years. Great quality chair, worth the hundreds of dollars.

This chair is good. I like it and its working fine. Looks cool too ! My only issue that keeps it from a 5 star chair, is for the money, I feel this chair should be of higher quality and do more. First off, the fake leather (for this price it should be real leather) omits a horribly weird smell. Smells similar to moist dirt or something. Really odd. The arms don't have as much optional movement as other brands. But admittedly the other brands I'm referring to cost more. This chair market is just sooooo overpriced. And the worse part is the tilting back feature of the chair is so ridiculously stiff/firm even on the loosest setting that I can barely get it to tilt back unless I put the chair back far back to gain the leverage of my body weight. I am used to chairs that allow the tilting back to happen just with the slightest bit of body movement back when its on the loosest setting. Those who don't like it can tighten it. But the way this is is there is 0 reason to tighten it, lol I feel for the price these should come with the newer age wheels that every uses now (real silicon/rubber wheels that look kinda like a roller blade wheel. These get no hair caught in them and the way they roll is literal heaven. A chair of this price should not have the classic old school plastic wheels that clog with hair within a year and also just suck period in every aspect possible. BUT other than all that. I am having a good time in this chair. The good aspects of it is its comfortable and has a great look. It does feel sturdy and feels like even though the material is synthetic, it will last and is indeed comfortable. The looks of the chair get attention. But then again, all the gaming chairs are designed like this now. All in all, I'm happy with this great chair and I use it for hours everyday. I just feel like everything now a days, this stuff is over valued and under delivered.

First off, excellent chair. Go ahead and follow the “titans” of the industry if you want to financially cripple yourself, these chairs stand to any brand out there. Extremely comfortable. My one gripe is I wish it was slightly wider at the seat, but I could have just ordered a bigger model so that’s on me. Feels steady and stable no matter what I put it through, and the armrests are also strong yet dynamic with the ability to position them so many different ways (awesome for WFH and gaming). Worth every penny.

Love it! Very easy to put together and pretty fast, took 20 minutes! So comfortable and the back support is amazing, highly recommended it!

I’m not sure, I haven’t received my chair yet. Though it’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve ordered the chair, I still haven’t received it. I understand during the current COVID pandemic, orders may take longer to process, but the website should reflect that. Last thing I’d want is another person to be sick of the disease, so I wish everyone in the warehouses and other workers of akracing to be safe. I’m okay with receiving my packages late as long as the workers are safe, but I do wish the website to show packages may be delayed.

I have had this chair for a couple months now and i love it. It is very comfortable and easy to use. It rolls very smooth as well. Everything is adjustable on this chair which is very nice. I would have given this product 5 stars but my only complaint is that there is a lot of play in the arm rest. Yes i know they are adjustable but i feel for the $400 you spend on this chair it should be a little more sturdy. Simply put there is just to much play and it does get annoying at times.

I had the opportunity to test out many of AKRacing's chairs at Pax south, and the SX was my favorite chair, so I figured I'd buy one and enjoy it at home. Unfortunately my experience outside of Pax has been very negative. Anytime I sit on this chair, my butt is super uncomfortable, the cushion is much harder than what I remember at Pax south, I have to constantly get up while working due to the soreness I experience on my rear end. The lumbar support is great, but what's a chair without a decent seat cushion. And at this price point, the seat cushion should be much more supportive. I've sat in wooden chairs that felt more comfortable than the cushion that this seat has.

Oh. My. Gosh. This chair is THE BEST ever. I will not buy another brand of chair. In fact, I plan to purchase another one of these. Great quality, comfortable as hell, the support on your back and neck is wonderful, and the black and green is slick. All around great chair. I have already recommended it to others.
